Phone will not make or take calls, closest Verizon store has sign up says Local Cell tower down, but they are still selling phones that work???? and I live 30+ miles away so it would have to be multiple towers down, Verizon store says they changed the towers so I might need new phone???? No notice to customers???? Verizon live chat link is broken,
