I can call out/receive calls/hear other party but they cannot hear me as of this a.m. I am in a full service area, no mute settings are on/activated. Tried turning phone off/on, restarting, turning phone off to remove battery & card/then turning back on, dialing #228 & turning off all Google play settings. No luck whatsoever. Please help this is a major inconvenience. Thank you!

Btw it's a Samsung Galaxy 4 Mini/new as of Dec. 2015

Try turning off VoLTE in the settings menu. This worked well for me when others could not hear me.

Being able to hear on calls is a must! Let's keep digging here. Did anything on your phone change before this began? Any software updates or new apps downloaded? Is this occurring on every call? Is it happening everywhere?

I have that issue from time to time. It started when I got back from a trip to Europe a few months ago. My fix is to cycle the power. If I wait about a minute before cycling it back on it works like magic. It is not a frequent problem but it happens every 6 weeks or so. Good Luck

Hearing of any issue is a cause for concern Andy1600, we would be happy to help! Have there been any recent updates to the device or changes to any settings since returning from Europe? What type of device do you use specifically?
