I don't need and response. I need your developers if the Verizon Platform that you install on Samsung Galaxy Phones to understand that removing the Samsung Device Mantaince app that should show up in settings under Applications, IS NOT OK! Your Reps seem to believe the mistaken idea that it is due to Samsung. WRONG! IT IS PART OF VERIZON SUPPORT & PROTECTION ADDED WITH OUTDATED MacAfer Security that you force us to use.
