No SIM card installed message

Periodically receive message that SIM card not installed. When this happens can not make or receive calls. I have verified that SIM is installed correctly. When I reboot phone it starts working OK for a few days before I get NO SIM card message again. Phone is about a year old.

If reseating the SIM hasn't helped, the SIM card may have gone bad. You can get a new one free at your local Corporate VzW store or by contacting Customer Service (*611 from your cell phone or 800-922-0204).
