My galaxy S4 stopped receiving 4G sometime this afternoon. Is it just my phone? Did I hit a wrong button? How can I turn it back on?

I never want our customers to be without 4G service. Let's get to the bottom of this. What zip code are you in? Please power down the device remove and reinsert the Sim card and retest.
