Her phone has gotten very slow, heats up frequently and doesnt hold a chsrge for very long any more...What could cause this?
A multitude of possibilities. Start with finding out which applications are draining the battery.

Then find out how she is charging it. She should be letting the phone die completely before charging it up again.
Also you may want to clear up space on it and make sure she is restarting the phone at least 1-2 times a week.
HERNS50, in order for your daughter to be able to use your phone, we need to make sure that it stays charged, runs at normal temperature, and still works as quickly as possible. When did you start to notice these problems? How often does she have to charge? What is being used on the phone when the battery dies and the phone heats up?
