I just noticed that the vibrate function seems to have stopped functioning on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini. I have the Vibration checked in the notifications. Did it get turned off somehow or is something broken?

When you run updates without doing a factory reset, you tend to just keep layering operating systems which can cause minor malfunctions. Doing a factory reset is what you should do if you sell your device once you replace it.

I'm just guessing, but I imagine the phone is 2+ years old, in which case it couldn't hurt, especially with the few OS updates that have happened; assuming the S3 updated.

I held an S5 in my hand the other day to take a picture for someone. The thing is huge compared to my mini.Though the S6 does look pretty sweet...

I'll play devils advocate....The S6 is also appealing and since you have an S3, you know how the Galaxy works....(:

I'd try the LG G4 that is what I got my eye on. Great phone expandable memory and you can take the Battery out and change it..

Try Running a System Cache Clear first doing a F.D.R. is ok but before running one I always suggest doing a system cache clear you might try also try running the phone in Safe Mode you may have a App that's interfering with the Vibrator..
