My phone lost my contacts. They come up as unknown. Where have my contacts gone?
A few more details would be helpfull. What was the last thing you downloaded? Did you accidently delete everything. What else is missing from your phone you know of. Did you try to sync you phone back with Verizion? Things like that and anyother short history events that happened
Unless you didn't have it synced with Google or Verizon, or if you deleted all of them you should be able to restore them. Also, restarting the device can help (sometimes).

Loosing your contacts has to be stressful. I know that I would be lost without them. We do need some additional info though. Did this happen after an update? Did you have your email sync option on? Please let us know what happened. We will get this fixed.
