I am getting an error saying to plug in the charger that came with the phone. However, that is the charger I am using. Please help?
You asked for help so help arrived nancflo3000. Let's get your phone to charge like it should be. When did this start? Have you done any changes to your phone since you noticed this? Software updates or new applications installed?

My phone is doing the same thing...it's most likely the charging port...these phones are known for it
Same issue here. S5 is less than 1 year old. Does not recognize the charger often. Cleaned the port and it still happens intermittently.
Can the port be replaced without replacing the entire phone?
