My S4 stopped charging on certain chargers after the 4.3

Whats up with this bug? I could use any charger before this update.Now  I can only use Samsungs charger?  Is Samsung trying to make anyone with a S4 buy Samsung chargers?

An HTC charger worked for me. A Verizon Wireless branded charger worked for me. A combination of a Samsung cable and an HTC plug.
