When I try to turn my mobile hotspot on it says I must sign in, when I try it says I need to register when I try that it says I'm already registered. I'm confused.
So am I.
Sign in to what? Register for what? I don't recall doing either of those.
I love my Hotspot feature so I can understand the need to get this up and running. Have you contacted Verizon to make sure you are on a plan that supports this feature? Have you had the feature added to your account from a Verizon employee?
