How can I connect Message+ to work over WiFi? It will randomly work for a message or two then back to no cvonncetion. My WiFi connection works fine as I can still use Chrome and and other Apps

It will use mobile data even with WiFi unless mobile data is turned off.

However this data will not be counted against the data allowance on the account.

So every time I need it to work over WiFi due to poor data service I need to shut it off manually?

No, this holds true even if they have no texting allowance and pay per message.

I'm not concerned with using data or not. It's more so to send and receive messages while in my office that has very poor to no service

If you have a fringe signal where messages are slow to send and receive, yes.

Do you have a computer in your office? You can log into your MyVerizon acct for the line in question and send/receive texts via Message+. When your phone is in a better signal area, these messages sent/received from your desktop will appear on your phone.
