I have a S10 and since the Android 11 update last week I get pics from iPhone users and they're all pixelated now. Any ideas? Is this a bug?

Are these pixelated pictures coming from all iPhone users, or just specific people? Do they show up like that on the iPhone side? Do you know how they are sending the pictures to you, such as by sending a previously saved picture, or taking a picture with the camera and sending it to you that way?
