I am guessing Summer 2015 at the earliest - or past renewal time for most owners, so they just won't care as will have moved on.
I would LOVE to have Lollipop 5.0, but since Samsung only promises OS update support within 18 months of release, I'm guessing that the VZW I545's are out of the loop. Per phonearena.com, I9500 is scheduled for early 2015 and, I9505 later. So far, I am happy with 4.4.2, that's Kitkat, right?
That doesn't mean that all iterations of the S4 won't be receiving the update. SamMobile reports that the S4 is getting Android Lollipop.
I just got the update this morning. About six months after the original post. I can't say if there are any issues yet, it's only been installed a few hours.
