So my son put a lock on his Galaxy S5 (which was my husband's old phone). Now he can't remember the lock code. We did a factory reset and it's now asking for the Samsung account and password for the phone. We never set up a Samsung account for the phone Is there any way to get into this phone or are we - I hate to say it - screwed? Thanks
