Location Tags not working properly on the camera. Other GPS type apps are working. How can I fix this?

Google Maps and Verizon Navigator are able to give my current location, but the location tag on the camera is not accurate at all.

Google Maps is the very accurate, Verizon Navigator is pretty close, but the location tag is WAAAAAAAAY off.

Tried several of the "fixes" I found online, but none have worked.

One of the fixes recommended installing a GPS app of some kind (forget the name, sorry), but when I installed the app

it was quite lost as well.  The North direction on the compass feature was about 90 degrees off!!
