Just. Fix. NG6

Lets dispense with all of your stock usual answers because as you see from everyone in this forum we are ALL having the problem of phone constantly re-starting from the NG6 update.

No I did not install 3rd party apps before or after that caused this. No safe mode doesn't do anything.

And no, factory re-set isn't a valid solution. I shouldn't have to risk losing date, and spend hours re-setting apps, settings, etc, and on top of all that it may not even fix it.

There are ONLY two possible solutions here. Push an updated NG6 fix or let people revert their phones to NG6.

I have been a Verizon customer for years and years despite not great service, if this isn't fixed my wife and I are done. At this point I'm so frustrated by the constant re-starting I don't even care about waiting for contract to end and will likely pay the termination fee to just get rid of you sooner.

Why aren't you calling Samsung and complaining to them? They make the update, the phone, and all the issues in both. Be sure when you go to your new carrier you DO NOT buy a Samsung phone.

I have gone through 3 weeks of hell!!!! Random reboots since the forced update. I was averaging 20 per day. I have spent 3 weeks on this forum and have finally found something that has eliminated the hell. Re-enable any apps that you have disabled ( including Knox). I have not had any reboots for 5 days. THANKS SAMSUNG AND VERIZON FOR PUTTING ME THROUGH HELL AND NOT OFFERING ANY SOLUTIONS!!!!!

I did a factory reset and it worked for 5 days and now all if the problems have returned.

I was told that I can't return my phone because Samsung is aware of the garbage update and has a planned fix but Verizon doesn't know when that will come out.  Paying for service that I can't use on a phone still under warranty!

I just installed NK1 and it fixed the random restarting I had with NG6 without doing a factory data reset
