How do I fix the problem while in a call my screen flashes & I am unable to select speaker, key pad, etc. This is extremely important to me as I need to access the keypad when making some calls to businesses. Please help me with this issue!! Thank you!!
We want to help you stay productive Rena66! What make and model device is this? Are you referring to the screen timeout? You should be able to wake the device up by pressing your power key.

Rena66, thanks for these details. Let's take a closer look at your device. Have you downloaded 3rd party applications to your device from the Google Play store? Some application software can affect the performance of your device. Try uninstalling a few applications and power it off/on. Keep us posted.
