This is my 3rd email complaining about problems with update. Number 3 on the list is the newest. All 3 ONLY OCCUR on my cellphone.
HELP!!
1) can no longer create folders to manage emails and old ones are gone. Email folders/functions are fine on my laptop and desktop. 2) continually get pop up message that YOUTUBE has stopped working. I am not using it.3) Facebook keeps freezing up and NOT RESPONDING. Never had any of these problems until this last update. If they cant be fixed, can we take update off??
I have been a customer for 18 years or longer. Please fix these issues.
