I disabled my sons S4 for two months, reactivated it and now it won't even turn on. Anyone else have this issue?

Having issues getting my sons Galaxy S4 to even turn on after being disabled for 2 months over a bad grade. I reactivated it and now it won't even turn on. It's in pristine condition, always with a case, fully charged battery in it and we have never had an issue with it. I have tried numerous things but nothing has worked.

When you plug it in to charge it, do you see the battery charge logo or the LED light up?
