I can't receive a call, it goes right to voice mail

I would be concerned too I weren’t able to receive my calls. How long has this been going on? What do people hear when they call your phone? Does it ring for them or goes directly to voicemail?

My wife and I have had this same problem for at least 6 months. We both own a Galaxy S6 Edge, and neither of us receive phone calls when we are at home. We can make calls but we can not receive calls. Signal strength is great. The caller, hears that the phone is ringing on their side, but when I don't answer it goes to voicemail. Please help!!!

To check, please go to Settings, System Updates, Check for new system update. What Zip Code are you in? When someone contacts you, are you not seeing & hearing the phone ringing on your phones?
