I have frequently been on a call when another comes in. I answer and switch to the other call. I conclude that call and want to drop it, but when I hit the "End Call" button, it drops the other call and leaves me listening to dial tone. I have tried:
- Dropping the call I don't want while connected to it
- Switching back to the good call (hoping the disconnected call would eventually time out and drop). But it doesn't drop, it stays there on dial tone.
- Switch to the good call. Talk a while. Switch back to the terminated call, hear the dial tone and hit "End Call" and either the good call drops or both calls drop.
I can't seem to drop the call that ended and continue with the other call. It often happens when I am on a conference bridge. I get disconnected and have to dial back in.
Any suggestions?
