How do I get the updated Call Filter app?

I have signed up for the free call filter service by calling Verizon. The Call Filter app on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S8) is an old version. My phone just updated to Android Pie a week ago, but the Call Filter app didn't update. Where do I get the updated Call Filter app?
