I keep getting old deleted emails downloading over and over again. Does not matter if I open them or not. Nor does it matter if I delete them again or not. Not all but random emails return. Many require significant data. Very annoying to say the least. What can I do?
I do also want to be able to download on my office computer so can't have the emails delete from my business email (through Register.com) as soon as downloaded.
Never had this issue until I bough this phone, which replaced my Samsung S4mini.

MARKEN49,
I’m sorry to read that you’re having such a problem with repeated deleted emails coming back to you. That is quite odd. Let’s go through some things to figure this out. When you check your email from a computer, do these deleted emails show up there as well? Ever since you have had the Galaxy S7, has this been a problem, or did it just recently start?

First off I could not figure out how to respond on the thread so doing
so here.
Only began with the new phone and does not occur on my other devices.
I have contacted the server people and they said they on the 12th, said
"We have resynchronized your mailbox to the server to address any
potential server issues that could be the cause". They then added that
if still a problem to let them know as well as to check with your end.
It occur off and on so too early to tell if what they did helped the
issue or not.
Since many of my emails contain large amounts of data it is not only
annoying but using data that does not need to be used.
