The other say I received an update, and as of today I can't dial out to anyone and when someone calls me, nothing appears on my phone. I can send and receive text messages and use my data. I haven't damaged my phone in any way either. Please help.

We want you to get the full device experience out of your phone! Not being able to make/receive calls is very odd and we want to look into this deeper for you. What is the signal strength on your device right now (How many bars)? Have you powered your phone off/on?
Since this has been happening, have you powered your phone off ( taken SIM Card out ) for at least 1-2 minutes, put SIM Card back in and power the phone on again ? http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-99556/

Having similar problem with calls. Texting and browsing work. Tried factory reset, taking sim in and out, and wipe cache partition, but problem still there. Any other suggestions other than replacement?
