I have a galaxy s4 and recently it won't let me send mms to anyone that doesn't have verizon because the picture is "too big" I've tried getting the picture smaller but the receipt still doesn't get the picture. Any advice??
Thats definitely odd, Alexlas. Let see what we can do to help get all the recepients the mms that you are sending! This may be a bit tough to check but are you and the other people you are messaging connected to WiFi while the message is sending? Is the photo that you are trying to send via MMS, a photo taken with your phones camera, or a downloaded picture found online?

my s4 is doing the same thing and it doesn't matter if it is taken with my camera or a download.

Let's get those messages flowing. Please launch the Camera App, then select the Settings icon within the app and change the resolution to a lower setting. Then test sending pictures taken after the change.
