I am also on my 2nd battery. Even when this phone is charging...it's losing power! I cannot wait until this contract is up. Temporarily I am using a cheap trak phone for emergency. I may just keep it and give up Verizon altogether. At this point I can't even get someone on live chat!

I am so sorry to hear of the battery issues you are having with you Samsung Galaxy S3. Not being able to depend on your phone is never good. We don't want you to leave us. Have you had your device replaced yet? Did this issue start after the software update? Have you tried a different charger? No need to worry about the live chat I can help you right here.
