We have reached out to every possible source, gotten every possible ignorant answer from Verizon tech support such as "It's up to Android to push our updates" or "Our beta software voids our warranty.".
We became beta testers to help and recieve information on which we could improve.....and we have been treated poorly with no answers as to why Verizon left the program or when to expect even the slightest hint as to when we will recieve the official update...Ive been on the program since the beginning in November. One single beta and a hotfix later, we get thrown.
I would like an answer at the least...this is not how business is done.

They won't answer because they don't give a [Removed] about us.
