Hi,
My S6 decided to randomly reboot this morning (had about 95%battery life) while I wasn't even touching it. It got to the Verizon splash screen and cant go any further. Ive tried safe mode, allowing to die and recharging, deleting cache, factory reset from both menus, power on off, and restart. None of them got past the slash screen. I didn't root my phone and I performed a forty reset less than 2 weeks prior. The phone was running fine until this point. I am still paying the sang thing off and I need it working. Please HELP!!!!
SHAPAD59 My phone is my life line, and I know you feel the same. We want to be sure your phone is working as it should. Were there any recent changes to the phone? Like a software update or new apps? Is there any physical or liquid damage to the device?
