Galaxy S6 is auto connecting to wifi networks. I have all options in the advance settings for wifi turned off and it still auto connects.
Very frustrating as drains battery.
I do not want to have it forget networks, as then have to key in long security key each time.
Any body having same issues?
Is this a bug and any known fix?

Yes, same issue. When my phone went to factory reset and I had to re-establish blue tooth connections, I kept getting annoying messages about my Panasonic land line cell phone wanting to connect, over and over, and over, even though I hit decline. Only solution was to include it in the bunch, which I was going to do anyway, but had to do it sooner to stop the constant interruptions. On your second comment, did you turn off main WiFi switch on menu?
