Galaxy S5 Not Detecting Marshmallow Update

My VZW Samsung Galaxy S5 does not see the latest update to Marshmallow MMB29M.G900VVRU2DPD1.  I'm currently running G900VVRU2BPB1 (Lollipop/5.0) and it's telling me that is the latest and greatest (Settings -> System updates -> Check for new system update).  I called tech support and they had no idea what was going on.  The only explanation they offered me was to keep waiting and it should eventually show up.  This update came out May 31 so it's already been over 3 weeks.  I have two phones on my account with the exact same problem (stuck on Lollipop version and can't update to Marshmallow).  We have poor cell phone coverage at our home and would really like to use the Wi-Fi calling feature added in Marshmallow.  There is plenty of space on my phone's internal memory (2.64GB).  Even if there wasn't, it will still tell me there's an update available but that I need to free up memory.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Tech support suggested this but also mentioned that VZQ Software Upgrade Assistant wipes data/apps on the phone much like the Factory Reset process. I'm not really interested in doing that.

Thanks for the information.  How long does it take for an update to propagate to all areas?  I'm assuming this area propagation thing is new.  I've been a Verizon customer for 15+ years and never seen a situation where an update is publicly announced/available but takes 3+ weeks to propagate like this.

They should have mentioned it also asks if you want to back up your data prior to using it. I helped a friend on his LG G4 recently and backed up his data and it auto restored after it reloaded the software. Worked like a charm. Although his issue ended up being hardware related but the SUA/SRA tool worked fine. Good luck.

I FOUND that doing recovery mode type of resetting or wiping device is much more accurate in getting the system to see true system settings because its like doing clean install rather than reinstall. suggest that to tech support and see what happens. it might if your lucky do update again

A friend of mine mentioned he heard it is not available at the moment. Until its added back to the server you won't be able to pull it. That is my guess.
