After the last "upgrade", my Galaxy S4 no longer connects with my Windows 7 computer. Prior to the upgrade I would plug in the phone via USB, and in Windows Explorer I would see SCH-1545 and all of the files on my phone and SD card. Now when I plug it in, I see SCH-1545, but when I click on it there are no files showing. Has anyone else seen this; and, more importantly, come up with a cure?

Did you try removing the SD card for a minute and doing a combination of restarts and reinserting the SD card?

I managed to fix this a different way. When the phone was hooked up to the computer, I changed USB connection from media device (MPT) to camera (PTP), which apparently loaded a new driver. When I switched back to MPT the computer saw everything on the phone.
I guess the take away is that the upgrade comes with a lot of undocumented problems that only happen to some users.
