Galaxy S4 Software Update unsuccessful after factory reset

I was unable to complete the latest software update from Verizon on my Galaxy S4.  I completed a factory reset and was still unable to successfully update my phone.  Is there a solution to this issue?

I regret to learn of the issues with the update. It sounds like you have completed your fair share of troubleshooting. Please allow 1-5 days to receive the update after the factory reset.

If it is not pushed, please let us know so that we can submit a resolution ticket.
