I was unable to complete the latest software update from Verizon on my Galaxy S4. I completed a factory reset and was still unable to successfully update my phone. Is there a solution to this issue?
I regret to learn of the issues with the update. It sounds like you have completed your fair share of troubleshooting. Please allow 1-5 days to receive the update after the factory reset.
