I got a replacement Galaxy S3 2 weeks ago and every since, my screen (any thing that will take me to a different page) will flash a RED frame around the whole screen. I'm not using the camera when this happens. Its sporadic. Thoughts? Ad-vice??
THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

- Go to "Settings" and scroll all the way to the bottom.
- Touch "Developer options". (second from the bottom)
- Slide the "On/Off" toggle to the "Off" position. (This toggle is located in the upper right beneath the clock. It should appear grey when it is off.)

Check the developer settings. One of the options is turned on.
