Phone keeps cranking "Getting driving directions" and just never gets beyond that. What do I need to do?

For further assistance, we will need to know which platform you are using. Are you using VZ Navigator? Are you using Google Maps? Please share which navigation platform you are using. In the meantime, have you attempted to close and reopen application? Have you completed a battery pull? Please share details, thanks!
