why is my phone is freezing? this is the 2nd one that is having the same problem. Anyone else having the same issue??

Have you tired booting into Safe Mode? I'd try that and see if it continues to freeze. If it doesn't, then you know it is a 3rd party app. It is always best to try Safe Mode prior to doing a factory data reset.

Have you added any other apps that did not come with the phone?
