Freezing/overheating/Family guy app crash

My family guy app ALWAYS crashes within seconds of playing it (my iPad doesn't do that with that app), it's really annoying been going on for 6 months.  I ended up deleting the app, among other problems with my phone of freezing and overheating. As soon as I can, I'm going back to Apple.

uninstall or disable my family guy & see if the problem goes away.

Did you check to see if the app had an update you needed? Because phones are switching from kitkat and lollipop apps are having to make changes in order for them to work properly. If it's only that app then try and install it again. What else is freezing? When does it get hot?

It's not the phone; it's the app. Try reinstalling the app, or checking for an update. I am able to play the app on both my S5 and my Tab 4

Do you have the latest system update for your phone?
