Every since the Marshmellow update, my Samsung S5 will NOT stay muted (rings, text notifications, etc) and 80% of my calls get dropped.

HELP!!

Every since I updated my Samsung S5 I set the sound and notifications to mute, but when a call or text comes in, it turns the sound back on!!! Also, since the update, 80% of the calls I make get dropped at least once. SO FRUSTRATING!

Updates are used to designed to enhance, not hinder the phone. Let's look into this. Current zip code? Do you drop all or specific calls? Has your phone been exposed to any physical/water damage? Have you recently downloaded any new applications?
