When trying to text one phone number I keep receiving the message. " Error 31: Other Network Connection" and the message will not send. I've tried deleting the text thread, deleting and readding the contact, restarting the phone after each of these and it still does not work. I've tried while out in a few different areas (12065, 12831, 12020 and 12866) and it doesn't work in any of the areas. On network or via wifi. Any help would be appreciated.
I want to make sure that you get the assistance that you need with your text messages. When did this start happening? Is this a personal contact or a short code contact? Are you sending/receiving just text or is there a picture included? Have you ever been able to text this number before without an issue?
