Email has not updated since June 28th

E-mail
I have all 3 of our e- mail accounts on my phone. I have not been able to receive NEW messages on only one of the accounts. I have logged on to my laptop and we are not over on capacity. I deleted tons of messages. Sent new ones to the one account I can't access and have not received any messages back.. When logged on to the laptop, I have new messages on the one account. 2 of the 3 accounts receive as normal. Ideas?

I certainly can understand the importance of being able to view all emails from all email accounts on your device. Is it a work email address or a personal email account? What happens when you power the phone off/on? You should also check the email settings via the device to ensure they match up to the email account on the computer.

Customer service was able to help me turn this specific e-mail account back on. It was due to settings that must have occurred when the kit kat upgrade was processed. Works great now - thanks.
