E-mails I send or receive from a certain person aren't going through

E-mails I send or receive from a certain person aren't going through for past couple of months.  We can't figure out why she doesn't get mine and I can't get hers.  Not going into spam folder either.  Not on list of people not to accept e-mails from.

That's very odd Karen! Let's get to the bottom of this. Are you able to email her on a PC or laptop? Have you ever emailed her successfully on your device? What email app are you using? Could something be blocking them for security?
