In addition to the "unstable wi-fi" messages, camera flashes, and delays in unlocking the phone, I now have multiple dropped calls each time I try to talk on my phone (S lll). I can't carry on a conversation this way. I am not due for upgrading until next Nov., so I need to find a fix for this. Is anyone else experiencing the dropped call issue and/or have suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
heckamank, it sounds like you're having a difficult time on your device. Have you downloaded 3rd party applications to your phone? Some application software can affect the performance of it. We recommend that you uninstall a few applications and power it off/on. You will also need to briefly remove the sim card to reset that device on our network. Keep us posted.
