My darn near new Samsung Galaxy S4 is CONSTANTLY freezing up, locking to the point where I'm required to remove the battery and reinsert it in order to get to phone to boot back up.
I'm very unhappy about this. I just got this phone and am beginning to wish now that I'd waited for the new iPhone. Has anyone else had this kind of problem??
*sigh*

Did you install any applications shortly before the freezing started?

I think perhaps one from my bank. But that's it.

Try uninstalling it and see if it helps.

I see this is a problem that has not been resolved with the newest version which is the Samsung Galaxy S5. I have not had the phone for a month and already have experienced freezing. Sometimes I have to reboot or shut down. This is a pain. If anyone has received a workable solution, please feel free to share.
Thanks,
mad
