I know the warranty for Galaxy s3's covers the battery, but I would like to know how I would be able to reach an associate to ask how I would be able to get that replacement. Thank you.

diana_lovee_, sorry to hear you have to replace the battery! If no damage has occurred to the battery it has a one year warranty and would be covered. Verizon Wireless can normally process a warranty replacement for items purchased through Verizon Wireless.
