Can the battery be replaced with the warranty?

I know the warranty for Galaxy s3's covers the battery, but I would like to know how I would be able to reach an associate to ask how I would be able to get that replacement. Thank you.

diana_lovee_, sorry to hear you have to replace the battery! If no damage has occurred to the battery it has a one year warranty and would be covered. Verizon Wireless can normally process a warranty replacement for items purchased through Verizon Wireless.

As of this writing, I see we do not have inventory for the Galaxy S III battery. I apologize for the inconvenience. You can still reach out to the manufacturer for a warranty replacement at 888-987-4357 or their live chat option: http://bit.ly/1eTwQZl .
