For the last couple of months, I've been unable to send emails when connected to wifi networks. Doesn't matter if there is anything attached or if it's just a brief message - sending fails as long as I'm connected to wifi. As soon as I switch wifi off and revert to 4G, message sends fine. It's the same no matter what wifi network I'm joined to - home, work, friends'. Has anybody else encountered this and found a solution?
Thanks

There is something off in your email server settings for that email address. Try removing it and adding it in again. You should verify the server settings with the ISP you use for the email address.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Hi there bmwallace!
Wifi is such a great partner with our service and I want to help ensure you're able to utilize it for the features you use most. Ann provided a great suggestion regarding adding and removing your email, just in case a setting was off. Here are the steps for removing an account: http://vz.to/18k5tq1 and here are the steps for adding one: http://vz.to/17sILIP
What type of email is this?
Thanks!
