Suddenly, computers (home and work) give me this message when I plug in my S6 Edge to download photos: "There are no photos or videos to download" Verizon store personnel didn't know what could cause that. I have tried 2 different cables, so it's not a computer or cable problem - it's the phone.
Have you pulled down the phone's notification shade and changed the USB mode to File Transfer?
