I understand my S6 will work in he countries I plan to travel to. Should I buy a Verizon package for a 1 month trip or get a local sim card? If I use a sim will I have a different phone number with each sim? Can I make wifi calls?

Glongpilot,

Going on a trip overseas sounds exciting and I wish you smooth sailing. Let me help you with being able to use your Galaxy S6 in the places you are planning to visit. Where are planning to travel? Did you use our international trip planner to confirm whether or not you would be able to use the phone in those international locations? If not, here’s a link to our international trip to find out about any available options http://vz.to/2bNBuwd . Also, here’s a link for enabling wi-fi calling http://vz.to/2bGD6HC . Lastly, if you have a local carrier’s sim card in your device, you would need to check with them on the number you would be using.
