Hello. I will be having my damaged phone replaced and will need to turn off the GPS, etc before returning it. Is it possible to do from the computer? My damaged phones face is broken and I'm not able to use it at all, so how can I turn off these features? My phone is the Galaxy S7 edge.
Thanks
Lisa

That is a great question, Lismal69. If your device only has a cracked screen, you may be able to have your screens repaired using original manufacturer parts by an Asurion Certified Provider by either dropping it off at a Verizon exclusive carry-in location or having a technician come to your home or office. If you are turning the device in, we would recommend reaching out to Asurion directly on how to turn off features that they require when turning in the device. You can contact them at: 888-881-2622.
