I am considering buying Galaxy S4 phones from an outside source for use with my current Verizon Account. They will, I am told, require SIM cards. Can I order just the cards from Verizon? What would be the charges incurred? Thanks

That's still correct. You also can contact Customer Service for a SIM card or pick one up at a Corporate VzW store (they're free at Corporate stores; retailers usually charge for them).
And be sure that your S4s are Verizon branded with clean ESNs.

OK, I did some more searching and found an old 2012 post that says you just go to the activate device page, start activating, and it will take you to a page where you can order a free sim card, then after you receive it complete your activation. Anyone know if this is still the case?
